2019 SWWA Conference

Registration will be made available February 4, 2019. Be advised that early bird registration ends Sept. 6, 2018.

  • Please Note the following:
    Emailed registrations will not be accepted.
    Registrations paid by credit card can be done online only
    Registrations sent to the wrong address are not the responsibility of the SWWA office. If the payment is sent to a wrong address and not received in time for early bird the late fee will be required.
    Visa, MasterCard and Cheque payments are accepted. 
  • SWWA does not invoice for conference payments
  • When paying online you cannot use the same email address for more than one person or you will get an error message

Registration cut off is Oct. 11, 2018. Walk ups registrations will be online until Oct. 14 then they will be accepted at the annual conference the Tuesday night of pre-registration and the Wednesday morning till noon. A walk up fee of $150.00 will be charged for all walk up registrations and payment is required at registration. The SWWA will not invoice for payment!!!

Registration hours are: Tuesday, Nov. 5 from 6:30 to 8pm, Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 7:30am to noon.

Refunds are available up to two weeks prior to the conference, replacements are accepted but name changes must be in for Oct. 17, 2019 at noon. All refunds will be done following the conference not prior too.

Replacements are accepted if you miss the deadline of Oct. 17 to replace you can send the individual you are replacing the registered person with.

Any emergencies that occur that cause a person to miss but they are not in time for a refund will be issued a credit for the following year.
