Conference Registration

Please READ ALL information before going through the registration process.

The purchase of a conference registration package includes 1 banquet ticket. Additional banquet tickets may be purchased. 

Take note:

  1. Full conference registration includes sessions, meals and 1 banquet ticket. Membership required to register:

    $440.00 until October 18, 2025
    $540.00 after October 18, 2025

  2. The SWWA Office is not responsible for double bookings. 
  3. Emailed registrations will not be accepted. They must be completed online.
  4. When purchasing online, you will use the same purchase email address for all invoiced items in the transaction. The member ID and last name used on each ticket is for the individual attending the conference and the billing selection email at the step 4 can be any of the attending registered members, or a custom email for the admin making the registrations if applicable and where the invoice will be sent. Details regarding the conference will be emailed to the person registered to attend the event. 
  5. Paying with an EFT? An email address will pop up, stating where to send the EFT when the option is chosen from the online registration. Your registration is NOT CONFIRMED until payment has been received. Please record the confirmation number from your bank and type it in the designated box.

*CEU Requirements: You must attend all sessions every day, including the keynote, and be present on Friday after the final session to receive your gold sticker on your certificate.*

Operator of the Year Award
Nominations are accepted between January 1 and October 1
Nominees must be a SWWA member, in good standing.
Operators from the following disciplines are eligible: Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Collection, or Small Systems.

Lifetime Member Award
Nominations are accepted between January 1 and October 1.
Nominees must have been an active member of SWWA for a minimum of 15 years and is currently retired from active employment.
Nominees must have demonstrated extraordinary service and have been dedicated to the aims and goals of the association and its membership.

2025 SWWA Conference and Trade Show

The annual event is scheduled for November 5-7, 2025 at TCU Place in Saskatoon. A networking event will be held November 4, 2025 from 7:30pm to 11:00pm. 

Registration Details:

You may register to attend the conference as of March 3, 2025.

  • Full conference registration includes sessions, meals and 1 banquet ticket.

$440.00 until October 18, 2025
$540.00 after October 18, 2025

  • You must be a member in good standing to attend the conference.
  • NEW THIS YEAR: It is now possible for one person to register multiple SWWA members for the conference at one time. Be sure to have their current SWWA membership numbers at hand when registering your group of delegates.
  • Registration for the conference is now ready online. Login with your member ID to complete the registration. 
  • If you are having issues with logging in to your member portal, please email the office. We will work through these issues together.
  • Payment options are MasterCard, Visa or e-transfer (EFT). If choosing EFT, the system will give you the email where to send payment. 
  • Payment is due at registration.  

Note: for those GST Exempt, you will need to submit the GST as there is no way to remove it from the system. 

Conference attendees are eligible to earn 1.2 CEU if they attend and meet all the requirements. A gold sticker will be placed on completed certificates, after the final session of the event.

FAQ
1. How do I use a credit from a previous year?
Email the office at office@swwa.ca and let us know who the credit was issued to and who will be using it. Credits given to a community or employer can be used by anyone who is part of the group.
Note: Previous credits are good for one year only from time of original payment. 

2. What if I have special dietary needs?
This is now part of the registration form, so please make note of any dietary restrictions as we will not be contacting you prior to the conference.

3. What happens if someone is unable to attend the event?
A 100% refund will be issued if cancelled IN WRITING prior to October 25. As of October 26, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

4. Can a registered attendee be replaced if unable to attend?
The deadline for replacements is October 18, 2025. Please contact the office at office@swwa.ca to make this arrangement. 

Note: If you know that a registered attendee is unable to attend, please contact the office ASAP at office@swwa.ca. All cancelations must be in writing.
