Application to Nominate an Individual for Life Time Member Award

Any person who has been an active member of the SWWA for at least 15 years, and is retired from active employment in the industry, can be nominated for the Life Membership.

Application Procedure: The application must be received at the SWWA office (office@swwa.ca) no later than October 1st of the current year, as the Board of Directors need time to review the applications. The applicant must have demonstrated extraordinary service and have been dedicated to the aims and goals of the SWWA and its membership. Two (2) Lifetime Member recipients are awarded annually.
